Marion Mixers follows a 6 Step Development Process for designing mixing equipment that is uniquely suited for each application. Our design procedures have been proven successful in 1000’s of different customer applications. Allow Marion Mixers the opportunity to solve your industrial mixing needs.
Marion Mixers will provide to our customers of new equipment who participate in all six phases of the development process a Performance Guarantee Certificate. This document certifies Marion’s commitment to meeting or exceeding performance specifications such as:
- Mix Quality and Consistency
- Process Cycle Time
- Production Capacity
- Horse Power Utilization
- Residual Clean-out
If our equipment does not meet the performance specifications identified in our design proposal, then Marion Mixers will spend up to 20% of the original purchase price of the equipment to make it right. Our Guarantee Remedy includes designing, manufacturing, installing and testing alternate equipment solutions.
To participate in Marion’s Performance Guarantee, customers must agree in writing to the Terms of the Performance Guarantee before placing their purchase order. Only customers located within the continental United States and Canada are eligible.
In the event a Performance Guarantee is requested and Marion Mixers is unable to commit due to concerns about the application, we will clearly identify and document all associated risks in our quotation. We would rather risk losing a sale than disappoint a customer with equipment that doesn't meet expectations.
